I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that living a healthier lifestyle, losing weight and/or gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyze your body type, body composition, RMR, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, LISTEN TO WHAT YOU NEED, to create your individualized fitness plan.
I am a certified personal trainer (CPT) and nutrition coach (CNC) and also have an online coaching specialization certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
In 2005, I opened JK Personal Training, which has now become JLN Personal Training still in Woodinville WA at a new location.
